1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering your zip code and completing a request through the DumpsterGrid quote wizard, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our matching services.

2. Scope of Service (Referral Network)

DumpsterGrid operates purely as an informational directory and dynamic referral middleware platform.

• We do not own, operate, or lease waste management trucks, dumpsters, or roll-off bins.
• We do not personally collect, haul, process, or dispose of construction debris, household trash, or hazardous waste.
• All quote matches connect you directly with independent, certified third-party waste hauling contractors in your local municipality or county. All hauling contracts, delivery schedules, and billing cycles are established directly between you and the matched hauler.

3. User Responsibilities & Permitting

When booking a dumpster through our referral system, you are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate site dimensions, location drop points, and project specifications.
• Obtaining any necessary **Right-of-Way (ROW) placement permits** from your local public works department if the dumpster is slated for a street, sidewalk, or public easement.
• Ensuring that the delivery area is free of overhead tree limbs, low wires, or vehicle obstructions, and that the ground surface is sturdy enough to support the vehicle and bin weight.

4. Consent to Communications

By submitting a quote request, you authorize DumpsterGrid and its matched local dispatch partners to contact you via telephone calls, automated emails, or SMS text messages to verify project specifications, deliver pricing sheets, or coordinate drop-offs. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of dispatch communications at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

DumpsterGrid is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DumpsterGrid, its developers, and officers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our referral system, including but not limited to: driveway/property damage caused by matched hauler trucks, project delays, local zoning fines, or disputes with independent hauling contractors.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification. Your continued use of the DumpsterGrid platform following the posting of modifications indicates complete acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
